Chris is obsessed with driving sustainable, customer-led growth and has a strong track record of success delivering customer outcomes profitably. With proven skills in transformational change and expertise in strategic operational & commercial leadership within both high-growth and declining revenue (PE owned) tech companies.
His experience ranges across start-up, scale-up and mid-size business up to $300m annual revenue. In addition, Chris is a Co-Founder of the Customer Success Leaders Institute and one of the inaugural Judges in the Customer Success Excellence Awards EMEA 2021 and the Customer Success Excellence Awards North America in 2023. Chris was also a Judge for the inaugural Digital Event Awards in 2021.
